Pandas, penguins and rare plant life are just a hint of what you’ll see when you visit the world-famous San Diego Zoo. You’ll enjoy a comfortable ride through 75% of the zoo, while a trained guide provides facts and information about the exhibits, animals and habitats. And with your bus-tour ticket, you’ll also have access to the Express Bus, which makes numerous stops every 20 minutes throughout the zoo. Guests can hop on or off the Express Bus at any stop along the way. Or, if you prefer a wilder ride, the Skyfari Aerial Tram can take you from one end of the zoo to the other in record time. It’s a fun adventure and the views below are stupendous.

Whether you’re walking, riding or flying through, you’re likely to get an appetite while visiting the San Diego Zoo. Unique restaurants and cafes are scattered throughout the grounds, many with open-air seating among the zoo’s amazing natural beauty. Snack carts and other treats are also available in various locations.
