Hello!  My name is Angela, but I go by “Red”.  I am a conductor for Old Town Trolley Tours, and a native of Savannah.  I grew up here in Savannah, and my family is all from here as well.  I am married to a guy from Monterrey, Mexico.  My fourteen-year-old son Dakota currently lives in Alabama with his dad. I also have a cute little Pomeranian puppy named “Osito”, which is Spanish for “Little Bear”. 

My activities and hobbies are reading, watching movies, horseback riding, motorcycles, people watching, and spending all my free time downtown.

Hmmm…What brought me to Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah?  Are you kidding me?  I love Savannah.  I also love working where I don’t hear people tell me, “Shhh, you are talking too much!”

Hi ya’ll!  I am Jana from Savannah, a.k.a. “Ladybird”!  At 21 years of age, I moved to this beautiful city of Savannah in November 2006.  I used to live about 130 miles away in Jackson, South Carolina.  Jackson is a very small town with one red light and across the Savannah River from Augusta, Georgia.  I moved here because this is where my sweetheart lives, who is also a Savannah native.

Upon my arrival, I fell in love with the beautiful city and it’s wonderful citizens. It didn’t take long for me to realize I wanted to learn everything about Savannah and share it with others.  So, I found myself at the best tour company around doing just that!

From the first time I came to Savannah as a 13 year old New Jersey native with my parents, I’ve been intrigued with the city.  I moved here in 1991, working as a sportswriter for the Carolina Morning News/ Savannah Morning News.  I met my wife, Fran, and our son Paul was born in 1997.

We moved to Colorado, where I worked as a newspaper editor.  After five years, the lure of Savannah – the people and the beach- proved too great.

I’ve changed careers, anxious to show people why Savannah is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, and home to this carpet-bagging Yankee.

I first saw Savannah on January 1st, 2000.  I knew I had found PARADISE, and I moved heaven and earth to get here permanently.  Savannah has everything that I have always loved – history, architecture, flora and fauna, a strong arts community and GHOSTS.  From the very beginning, I was fascinated by those beautiful, black Ghost and Gravestones trolleys with their eye-catching lights.  I always said I wanted to go on a Ghost & Gravestones tour, but little did I dream that I would be driving one of those wonderful trolleys!

By day, I am the New Editor at CONNECT Savannah, an Arts/Entertainment/News Publication.  But at night, I become Letty Sinclair, Spirit Conductor, and drive guests around town and tell them ghost stories.  I get paid to do this!

When I am not working, my husband Charlie and I leave our cats at home (all black cats, of course), and take Willie “The Wonder Dog” to explore the rest of this beautiful state.  I am so glad to be here!

I feel so blessed to have not one, but two of the best jobs in the world!  Everyone at Old Town Trolley Tours is wonderful, and being a tour guide and Spirit Conductor is everything I hoped it would be.  I plan to do this for a long, long LOOONG time, so come take my tour.

After 28 years as a creative in advertising, a recession, and the cold winters in the Northeast, I set my sights on South Florida…sunshine, warmth, the palm trees, white sand, and the blue of the Atlantic Ocean.

Twelve years later, Florida’s growth and the hurricanes of 2004, pushed my adventure in life to throw the dart further north, Savannah, Charleston and South Carolina.  Three rounds on the Old Town Trolley Tours, ghosts included, sold me on Savannah.

Hi, my name is Irenette, but my friends call me Nette.  I have lived in Savannah all of my life, but I was never so knowledgeable about the town until I came to work for Old Town Trolley.

I have one teenage son who keeps me busy.  Before coming to Old Town Trolley I held such positions as a head teller at a bank, a sales rep, a customer service rep, and a school bus driver.  Now I am a conductor.  I was never much of a talker, but I guess now I get to talk all day.

Hi, my name is Adam.  I recently moved to Savannah about a year ago.  I am originally from California.  Most of my co-workers call me Tigger because that was my character when I worked at Disneyland.

I am enjoying my life in this beautiful city.  I started working with Old Town Trolley Tours in April of 2006 as a sales representative.  Now I am a conductor and loving every minute of it.

My name is David, a native Floridian; but my mother is a true Southern Belle from Southern District Georgia, so I am right here at home in Savannah. I was born in Hollywood (Florida that is!) and grew up on stage with my parents in the entertainment business at lovely Cypress Gardens, Florida. I was water skiing there before I could even walk.  I started out giving tours of Cypress Gardens both on land and water, meeting people from all corners of the earth.  Then there came a time when I had to venture off and experience the world for myself.

Because of my insatiable desire to communicate with everyone, I have made a life goal to learn as many languages as possible. I grew up with American Sign Language, studied Spanish in Argentina, lived and worked in Japan for three years teaching English and studying the Japanese language, studied at a French University, and in my spare time studied Italian and Portuguese.

It is thrilling to work with such a wonderful cast and crew, in a place where people are our #1 priority.  I look forward to chatting with you on my trolley as we experience sights and sounds of Savannah.

Hi, my name is Carol. I was born in Lima, Ohio. I have lived in Savannah for many years. I raised my son Bruce and my daughter Sissy in Savannah. They have blessed me with four beautiful grandchildren. I have been a conductor for three years and I love it!

Everyone has been so pleasant and fun to work with. I can truly say this is the best job I have ever had. Thanks Old Town Trolley—you are the best!

Hello!  My name is Jacqueline, but because of my love for jellybeans, I prefer the nickname, “Bean”.  I was born and raised twenty something years ago, so I am a native of Savannah.  I love the city of Savannah.

Greetings! My name is Shanel and I am a native of Savannah, Georgia.  I have been residing in Savannah since 2002.  I am a military brat, so I have seen most of the world.  I graduated high school in 29 Palms, California.  I have three children and a husband.  I enjoy spending time with the kids and shopping.

What brought me to Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah was that I am a people person. I am a people person and enjoy meeting new people.  Other than that, my good ole buddy “Pookie” brought me here.

I was born in Spartanburg, SC in 1951.  I am the eldest of 3 children.  My primary education was at St. Joseph Catholic School in Columbia, SC.  While I was in high school, my parents moved to Macon, GA, so I finished high school there.  I then furthered my studies and spent 2 years at Macon Junior College.

A slow economy and the privilege of youth allowed me the opportunity to relocate to Ft. Lauderdale, FL.  It was there that I met my first wife and started a career in sales—first with a potato chip route and then selling cars.  I have a daughter named Sarah, who is now attending Broward Community College in Ft. Lauderdale.

Because of family, I returned to GA and settled in Savannah.  I continued in Auto Sales for a while, but then moved into the antique business.

I’ve been with Old Town Trolley now for 11 years, and have really seen it all!  I’ve enjoyed being a Conductor, Safety Officer, and Training Officer for the best tour company in Savannah!

Hi, my name is Cindy.  I am a real Georgia Peach!  I was born here and spent most of my life in Savannah, GA.  I recently moved back and love every minute of it!

Hi, I am Ted . I am originally from Atlanta and moved to Savannah in 1998.  I always knew that I would move to Savannah one day, and I absolutely love it here.  I am a retired bus mechanic, so I of course chose to work at some type of bus or truck company. 

So far, I am very happy working here.  This job feels more like a hobby than actual work.  I look forward to having a long relationship with Old Town Trolley Tours.

Greetings!  My name is William “Will”, and I’m proud to be a Conductor for Old Town Trolley.  I was born and raised in Kansas, but always had a desire to move closer to the ocean. Having received a BA degree in Philosophy and a Masters degree in Theology I enjoyed working in a variety of different positions including administration, teaching, and pastoral work. After 25 years, I decided it was time for a change and decided to move south near the ocean. Upon my arrival in Savannah in 2004 I immediately fell in love with it: the Jewel of the Low Country, an old colonial city bursting with charm was too much for this Kansan to resist!

In a strange but exciting way I’m still sharing my passion for history, not from a desk or a podium… but as a tour guide for Historic Tours of America….  WELCOME ABOARD!

Greetings! My name is Clifton, but I go by “Cliff”. I am from Savannah, Georgia, and I am currently a conductor for Old Town Trolley Tours. I have a wife Janet who is 27, and five children, Tequana, Clifton, Prince, Na'Khia and Michael.

My favorite hobbies and activities include putting a smile on people's faces, video games and learning new things.

What brought me to Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah was I was driving a cab one day and I picked up a CASTmember of Old Town Trolley. We had been riding and talking about Savannah. My mind was blown away with some of the things I learned about Savannah. I have lived here for the past 30 years, and I didn’t know half of the history of Savannah. I am really inspired to absorb and learn everything that Old Town Trolley has to offer.

Hi, my name is Michelle. Savannah is officially, if not technically, my home sweet home, and having moved at least ten times within four states in the last four years, I have decided to settle here ad infinitum.

In an effort to meet all my neighbors and visiting guests, I joined Old town Trolley Tours. My other day job is teaching small children at Bartow Elementary School. Even though I adore the work I do every day, the most enjoyable part of the day is spending time with my cute, cuddly Mi-Ki puppy, named Buddy. Awe!

This city is beautiful and beguiling; the people are creative and captivating, and I hope to see y’all soon.

Hello, my name is Brian, aka “Mojo”. I am a West Central Georgia native. I moved to Savannah in the summer of 2006, and I love every minute of it. I grew up amongst pecan and peach orchards. My favorite place to eat peaches was the “Peachoseum”, called “Dickies on the Hilltop”. My aunt and uncle are peach connoisseurs; growing up we would have our family reunions there on the orchards.

I majored in Criminal Justice and moved to Savannah with hopes of obtaining a job in that field, but I found myself in the hospitality industry, and really enjoy it!
